What slide puzzle can be?

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klotski does something like this match requirements? It can be any block sliding puzzle or classic n×n with one empty cell like in the example?

  Hi there, as long as you use the required developer tools, you should be able to create a modified puzzle! Good luck
