Submitting Before Feb 28, 2022, will out video and code be public?

Hi,

Apologies for another Newbie question.

If we submit our app, video, repo before Feb 28, 2022 (this last day for everyone to submit), will our app, video, repo be visible to others participating in this Flutter Puzzle Hack?

For example, the rules state, "publicly visible on YouTube." So that means anyone, including other participants can watch the video before the last day of submission. (not that anyone would, we hope)

If so to keep the entry private until the last moment, wouldn't make sense to submit on Feb 28?

This would maintain the privacy of our entry until then, after this date, no longer matters.

An alternate to submitting at the last minute, would this work for submission prior to Feb 28, 2022, and maintaining privacy?
1. GitHub private repo, submitting with read-only access credentials for judges. Then on Feb 28, 2022, make it public for all.
2. YouTube private video with a link to allow judges to view video. Then on Feb 28, 2022, make it public for all.
3. Website URL that is only known to the judges. Then on Feb 28, 2022, it will be revealed in the GitHub README.md for all to see.

Do the above three steps make sense and follow the rules?

Thank you for your guidance,

Karl

    Hi Karl,

Nope! If you submit early, no one can see your project other than the administrators. Your project won't become public until after the submission period ends. Good luck!

You can just set your youtube video to be hidden, then it is only those who have the link that can see it.

Hi, all these suggestions make sense. One thing to note, all submissions are able to be modified and edited until the deadline. Even if you have submitted days before, you can make edits until the deadline. Please make sure you follow the rules as it relates to making certain materials accessible / public. Good luck!
