Info about restricted countries

Greetings,
My name is Marco and I am a citizen from Italy.
May I ask why Italy and other countries are prohibited from partecipating to this Hackathon? I was really looking forward to join this event.

  Hi Marco, the Flutter team and their legal department want to ensure they are following competition law. Unfortunately that means that some countries will not be eligible to participate. We have more information on this on the Devpost site, and here is an article from Flutter with specific information regarding Italy.

  We do have plenty of other hackathons on Devpost that you would be eligible to participate in.
