Are multiple modes allowed in the game?

I am planning to have a normal mode and a "hacker" mode in my submission. Normal mode is simply the sliding puzzle game. The "hacker" mode is where the user can drag and drop any tile to the empty space to "hack" the game and arrive a solution quickly. Is my "hacker" mode allowed in the hackathon? Or should I simply ditch this idea? Thanks.
