Can we use 3rd party artwork?

I want to use artwork I download from freepik.com and I have a Premium Freepik License that states:
"Our License Allows you to use the content:
For commercial and personal projects
On digital or printed media
For an unlimited number of times, continuously
From anywhere in the world
With modifications or to create derivative works"

Is it allowed to use that artwork in my Slide puzzle app?

  Per the rules, each entrant agrees not to submit any Entry that (1) infringes any third party proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights or any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity or confidentiality obligations; or (2) otherwise violates the applicable state or federal law.
