Can we change sliding mechanism?

Hi, can we change sliding mechanism? It will be a puzzle surely but not with sliding or tapping effect. Is this against the rules?

    Hi there,

    All submissions must be slide puzzles. That means that the players “slide” a limited number of tiles into place to achieve a goal.

    Word puzzles, etc. will not be accepted.

    Hi just to clarify a thing. Let say if the puzzle is still "slide" but to solve a word puzzle is that still valid?

    Hi there, it must be a slider puzzle and not a word puzzle.
