Question about Best Multiplatform

What does this category mean, is it the best project that runs on web & mobile. The project that works best on web & mobile. The project that runs on the most platforms (for example also desktop). Or all of the above?
I want to know if I should spend time improving or extending to different platforms.

    Best Multiplatform will be the highest scoring project in that must run on mobile / desktop in addition to web. Good luck!
