Fully prototype game?

Hye, im bit confius about this contest.. submittion game need cover from wlcome screen until result end or just part play puzzle only.? Hope u understand what i mean.

    Hi there, the submission only needs to be a working slide puzzle. No welcome screens or success states are necessary.

    so.. i just show start from before random puzzle until part solve it.. is that right?.. whatever animation just between that duration?.. i already make whole game for this contest.. haha silly me not ask first..

    can i just submit full game then?.. i still can publish as my own later on google play later right?
